Prime Casa Living provides home renovation, interior design, exterior improvement, smart home installation, and related services. All services are subject to availability and specific project agreements.

3. Project Agreements

All renovation projects require a signed contract outlining scope, timeline, pricing, and payment terms. Verbal agreements are not binding. Changes to project scope must be documented in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in individual project contracts. A deposit is typically required to commence work. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

At Prime Casa Living, we strive for your complete satisfaction. Our Return & Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

1. Consultation Fees

Initial consultations are complimentary. Paid design consultations are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place, but the fee may be applied toward your project if you proceed with Prime Casa Living.

2. Project Deposits

Deposits are refundable within 7 days of payment if no work has commenced. After work begins, deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to future projects within 12 months.

3. Material Returns

Unused, unopened materials in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.

4. Service Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 14 days before project start receive a full refund of prepaid amounts. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the project total.

5. Warranty Claims

Defects in workmanship or materials covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced at no cost. Refunds for warranty issues are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
